FAQ
How many hours of coverage do you provide?
We work together as either a two photographer team, or photo and film team, to tell your wedding story.
On your wedding day, we will be with you from prep time to the bride and groom's exit. We do not limit our coverage based on time.
Will you attend the rehearsal?
We do love to attend rehearsals, if possible! We like to get a good sense of how the ceremony will run, and it's wonderful to be able to meet the couple's wedding party and closest family members before the big day!
Where are you based and do you travel?
We are based in Clermont, FL, but we work within the entire Central Florida area. We do travel within the state, depending on location. Travel fees do apply. Please contact us for more information.
When will we get our photos?
You will receive the link to your online gallery within 8-10 weeks, depending on the season. Higher volume times may take up to 12 weeks. You can download all the photos from the gallery (in web size), share them, choose your favorites, and order prints & products!
How many pictures will we receive?
Depending on the length of your event, your curated online gallery will have between 500-1,000 fully edited images.
Can I print photos from my gallery?
Clients are able to download all the images from their galleries. Images are downloadable in web size (2048px), which is ideal for online use, such as posting to social media, emailing, and uploading to all your digital devices. Web size downloads are not ideal for printing images. Clients are welcome to use their $100 gift card for purchasing full size downloads and prints, which are available in the gallery store.
